I like to cook, stay active, read, and learn. I tend to gravitate toward learning about computer science and longevity, but other random rabbit holes get some of my attention too. And when I can find the time for it, I play golf.

  • The Three-Body Problem Trilogy — Cixin Liu
Some of the best sci-fi I've ever read. Lots of game theory and technological optimism.
  • Dungeon Crawler Carl series — Matt Dinniman
I absolutely loved this silly series. So funny, ridiculous, sad, existential. Just phenomenal.
  • Atlas Shrugged — Ayn Rand
A great story about hard work, capitalism, and a dystopian but plausible future.

A full list of every book I've read in the last few years is here.

I love experimenting in the kitchen. I built Olea for my own home cooking experience, and I share some things I've cooked recently at Eat Well and Eat Good.

Whenever I can find the time (and the weather permits), I try to play golf. I love the game and how golf's lessons apply to life (see Feet and Inches).
